The Labor Standards Complaint Form can be found on our Demands, Complaints, Responses, and Settlements webpage.

Employer Responses in Investigations: Once a total Labor Standards Complaint Form is gotten and reviewed, a letter discussing the nature of the problem and the amounts alleged to be owed is sent to the employer. To find out more about the investigation procedure, please evaluate the Wage & Hour Claim Investigations – Employer FAQs web page.

Investigations Launched by the Division (” Direct Investigations”): The Division may conduct employer-wide direct investigations of prospective violations of Colorado wage and hour law. If you want to send a tip, please email the Division at su.oc.etatsobfsctd@spit_id_eldc.
